Design terms & conditions

1. Introduction

a. These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Jack Tyler Design and Print and the client.

b. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services:

a. We provide graphic and web design services as agreed upon with the client.

b. Any additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payment:

a. Work will only begin once the agreed upon deposit has been paid to Jack Tyler Design & Print by the client.

b. Payment details and schedule will be outlined in the project proposal.

c. Invoices must be settled within 30 days from the date of issuance.

4. Intellectual Property:

a. Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved designs.

b. Jack Tyler Design and Print retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions:

a. A specified number of revisions is included in the project scope.

b. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project.

7. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches the terms.

8. Delays:

a. Jack Tyler Design and Print is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Liability:

a. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.

a. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
