Intro Call

Before diving into designing, we start with a kickoff call in which we discuss your goals, needs, and expectations. This way, we can instantly get on the same page and ensure we’re a good fit to work together. This step sets up a solid creative process for the project. Once we’ve decided we’re ready to move forward with the project I’ll drop over the ready to sign contract and a link to pay the 50% deposit. After that, we can move into the deeper brand vision consultation.

Research & Inspo

I’ll take back everything we spoke about to the studio and conduct a thorough analysis of your company, competitors, and visual trends within the industry and beyond. From the latest aesthetic pieces, as well as the ones from the past, my aim is to form a design that is one-of-a-kind yet still up-to-date and functional. I’ll then compile mood boards, style references, and strategic ideas, which will be utilized to guide the creation process. From here, I can begin to craft a logo that’s both visually distinctive and strategically effective.

Concept Development & Sketching

Now, the fun part begins. Depending upon the package that you’ve gone with, I’ll develop a certain quantity of preliminary concepts through sketching and digital drafts. This phase is all about refining form, composition, and structure before selecting the strongest ideas to move forward. By sketching multiple iterations, I ensure we’re exploring the full range of possibilities before narrowing down to the most compelling concepts.

Concepts Proposal

I’ll then compile a shortlist and present the strongest concepts for you to choose from. Each concept comes with a concise explanation of the thought process and how it interprets your brand vision. Once you’ve had a chance to check through the options we can identify which concept best conveys your brand identity and direction in the future.

Revision & Refinement

Based on your feedback, we’ll then refine the strongest concept into exactly what your brand needs. We’ll tweak the details, refine the typography, adjust the spacing, and perfect the overall balance. This is a collaborative stage where we ensure that the final logo is both visually stunning and strategically aligned with your business goals. Depending on the package you’ve chosen, multiple revisions may already be included to guarantee that you’re fully satisfied.

Brand Delivery

Once the final design is approved, I package up everything you need: high-resolution files, variations for different uses, and a simple guide to ensure your logo looks perfect wherever it appears. You’ll get essential formats for print, web, and social media, ensuring seamless brand consistency.
